Our stay was exceptional, highlighted by the staff's extraordinary assistance when our son needed medical help. The breakfast offerings were diverse and truly delicious.

missingWrote a review on Jun 22limited amenities
Amenities felt reduced, likely for sustainability reasons, which might not resonate with everyone. The breakfast rush became chaotic with various tour buses, leading to cold food and shortages on busy days. Drinking filtered water from the bathroom isn't the most appealing setup. a refill station for reusable bottles would be a better option. Also, the lack of full room service options limited dining flexibility during the stay.

good stay , but not perfect
The location was great for exploring, with central shops and transport nearby. The staff were extremely attentive and always willing to help. I loved the breakfast options. there were plenty of choices to suit different tastes. The twin room I stayed in was bright and spotlessly clean, showcasing contemporary Japanese design.

I had a really nice stay for three nights, enjoying the clean and stylish family room and the delicious breakfast options. Plus, there were great relaxation spots like the cozy lounge and a lovely outdoor patio to unwind in. The only hiccup was a bit of a wait during check-in, but that was no big deal. 😊
